Sewer scope FAQs
Common questions
about sewer scopes.
Do you inspect commercial properties?
Yes. We serve commercial buildings and offices as well as homes. Tell us about the building type, any known waste-line concerns, and available access points so we can discuss the inspection details with you.
What is a sewer scope?
It is a visual inspection using a small camera inside accessible waste piping. It can reveal visible conditions that are hidden from a normal walk-through of a property.
When should I consider one?
Consider a scope when buying a property or investigating concerns such as recurring clogs or slow drains. A building’s age alone does not tell you the condition inside its waste lines.
Can the camera see everything?
No. Water, buildup, tight turns, and blockages can obscure the view or stop the camera. The inspection reflects visible conditions in accessible areas at the time; it cannot guarantee future performance.
Does a scope include repairs or drain cleaning?
Carolina Super Scopes focuses on camera inspections. Contact us about the inspection scope; cleaning, repairs, and any additional plumbing evaluation should be discussed separately.
How do I request pricing or an appointment?
Use our contact form to share the property address, preferred timing, and any known concerns. We can discuss availability and the details for your property.
