Inside the waste line

What a sewer camera
inspection can reveal.

Carolina Super Scopes uses a borescope camera to look inside accessible waste lines at residential and commercial properties. The camera lets us check pipe conditions that you cannot see during a normal property walk-through.

01 / PIPE CONDITION

Damage & displaced joints

Look for visible cracks, breaks, and misaligned pipe connections that may affect the line.

02 / RESTRICTED FLOW

Blockages & buildup

Spot visible obstructions and accumulated material. Standing water can also point to an area needing further evaluation.

03 / ROOT INTRUSION

Roots where they don’t belong

Identify visible roots entering the pipe, which can restrict flow and contribute to recurring problems.

Who we serve

Sewer scopes for homes
and commercial properties.

Homeowners & homebuyers

A sewer scope provides a view inside accessible waste lines when buying, selling, or investigating a concern at a home. Tell us about slow drains, repeat clogs, or backups so we can discuss the areas you want inspected.

Businesses & property managers

We also inspect accessible waste lines at offices and commercial buildings. Share the building type, known concerns, available access points, and preferred timing so we can discuss the inspection for your property.

The inspection process

How the inspection works.

Start with a conversation about your property. Contact us with questions, to check availability, or to arrange your sewer scope.

01. GET IN TOUCH

Tell us about the property.

Share the property address, your timing, and any concerns such as slow drains or recurring backups. Ask about pricing and availability.

02. LOOK INSIDE

Inspect accessible waste lines.

A camera travels through piping from a suitable access point. The view depends on access, pipe condition, and obstructions.

03. REVIEW THE FINDINGS

Discuss what was observed.

Ask questions about visible findings and any areas the camera could not reach. Repair concerns may need evaluation by a qualified plumbing professional.

Sewer scope FAQs

Common questions
about sewer scopes.

Do you inspect commercial properties?

Yes. We serve commercial buildings and offices as well as homes. Tell us about the building type, any known waste-line concerns, and available access points so we can discuss the inspection details with you.

What is a sewer scope?

It is a visual inspection using a small camera inside accessible waste piping. It can reveal visible conditions that are hidden from a normal walk-through of a property.

When should I consider one?

Consider a scope when buying a property or investigating concerns such as recurring clogs or slow drains. A building’s age alone does not tell you the condition inside its waste lines.

Can the camera see everything?

No. Water, buildup, tight turns, and blockages can obscure the view or stop the camera. The inspection reflects visible conditions in accessible areas at the time; it cannot guarantee future performance.

Does a scope include repairs or drain cleaning?

Carolina Super Scopes focuses on camera inspections. Contact us about the inspection scope; cleaning, repairs, and any additional plumbing evaluation should be discussed separately.

How do I request pricing or an appointment?

Use the contact form below to share the property address, preferred timing, and any known concerns. We can discuss availability and the details for your property.
